We wouldn't have our goats in a pasture unprotected without a Great Pyrenees to guard them. They are, as I have been told,"24 hour a day babysitters." They do not tolerate any predator in their pasture with "their" goats. Yet they are gentle, loving dogs. Our females average up to 100lbs, the males average 125lbs. They are born and raised with goats, cattle etc. They are beautiful to watch as they do their job guarding our livestock.
