Zebu Cattle

Zebu Cattle are believed to be one of the oldest breeds of cattle.  Possibly dating back to 3000 BC.  In the current registry with the IMZA (International Miniature Zebu Association), there are 3 different types.  Foundation Pure, Native Pure, and Percentage.  Foundation being pure from the founding stock.  All of our Zebu's are registered "Foundation Pure".

I became interested in the breed due to the fact that they are not "man made small".  They've always been small in size. They are very shy, timid animals.  Very sweet, beautiful cattle.  We have one bull "Cartwright" and 3 heifers.

Mature cows are from 300 to 500lbs.  Mature bulls range between 400 to 600lbs.
